The Redstone Group recently held a training session with Manitowoc Foodservice at its Colorado and Arizona Test Kitchen facilities for its sales team.
The training at each location featured Convotherm’s Combi oven with Chef George from Manitowoc Foodservice presenting equipment best practices and menu planning.
The presentation was part of an ongoing effort that The Redstone Group provides associates, keeping them educated on equipment uses, efficiency in kitchen operations and the latest trends in the foodservice industry.
Training sessions held at the test kitchen facilities allow for them to be a very hands-on experience and provide the opportunity to experiment with different food items. In turn, it provides customers with the expert product knowledge and superior customer service The Redstone Group is known for. At the end of each training session, the group has prepared lunch for the entire team using what they had learned.
