The Redstone Group recently hosted a training session for industry partners at its Colorado Test Kitchen facility.
The session featured training on various products from Redstone’s portfolio of industry leading manufacturers. A professional chef was onsite presenting best practices for equipment usage and the latest menu trends in school foodservice.
New and current associates from PRIDE Centric Resources experimented with different food items and participated in live demos on a variety of products. These hands-on training sessions are part of Redstone’s ongoing effort to educate end-users, dealers and schools on equipment uses and efficiency in kitchen operations. These efforts provide dealers with expert product knowledge and gives end-users an advantage in menu development and running a smoother kitchen operation.
